OFFICE CLEANING
Spaceclean provide tailored cleaning services to a large variety of properties.
We outperform the competition by our personalized, hands-on approach. This includes making sure all contracts run smoothly and adapting our services to suit each and every client’s individual requirements.
We can uniquely deliver services to every type of organization. Whether the requirement is for cleaning services once a fortnight during the day or cleaning twice a day, 7 days a week at night, early morning or in the evening. At Spaceclean we value every contract and no job is too big or too small.
STAFF & SECURITY
We allocate dedicated staff to every contract, all of whom are directly employed by us. We carefully select those who are trustworthy, reliable and capable of producing work to the high standards expected of them.
All Spaceclean employees have verified references and are fully trained. On-site appraisal sessions are implemented regularly throughout their employment to ensure quality, efficiency and compliance with all COSHH and Health & Safety legislation requirements.
We take security on your premises very seriously and before commencing any cleaning contract. We will meet to discuss every aspect of building security and all individual security requirements. We understand the importance of providing continuity of staff on your site and we also ensure our staff wear photo identity passes at all times.
MANAGEMENT
All contracts are overseen by both a mobile supervisor and a client manager. Their job is to ensure the smooth running of your individual contract and to monitor all work to achieve the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
The mobile supervisor’s duties include monitoring standards and employee time-keeping and punctuality. They will also deliver the necessary cleaning supplies and provide cover for any unexpected absences.
Our client managers are based at head office and always available during normal office hours.
All our client managers work hard to build a strong working relationship with every client by holding regular meetings to discuss feedback and any changes required to maintain the efficient running of your cleaning service.
CLEANING PRODUCTS & EQUIPMENT
All of our cleaning products are environmentally friendly and are supplied within the contract charge unless otherwise stated. All products supplied comply with current COSHH regulations.
We provide all the necessary cleaning equipment required to service your cleaning contract. All equipment remains the property of Spaceclean and is returnable should the contract end, unless otherwise stated in writing.
CONTRACT TERMS
We pride ourselves in understanding the importance of structured yet flexible cleaning solutions. Part of this philosophy means we do not tie our clients into lengthy contracts which may not suit their future needs. We request that our clients sign a letter of agreement which covers our terms and conditions including the following clauses:
- Although our staff do not work on bank holidays, they are paid for these days and therefore we charge for them in order to comply with current and forthcoming European legislation.
- All invoicing is processed on a standard month and forwarded on a monthly basis. Our payment terms are a standard 30 days from invoice date.
- All our charges are fixed for a 12 month period from the commencement of the contract and are thereafter reviewed on an annual basis.
- A client can alter or cancel a contract by giving one months notice in writing

SpaceClean is insured by Holgate and has a £10 Million Employers
Liability and a 2 Million Public Liability Cover.
